Heather Howes

Heather brings a variety of experience to Harcourts Gold Star, mostly involving customer service in wholesale, retail and social support. She has a genuine interest in understanding people and listening to their needs and wants.

A keen home renovator, six houses so far, and sales experience in the building and hardware trades, Heather understands many practical aspects of homeownership. DIY, materials, lifestyle block care, and gardening, Heather can see potential in a property, and has a good sense of colour and design.

Heather enjoys getting to know people and the Thames community. Heather also enjoys being a host mother to Japanese students and Airbnb guests which softens the ‘empty nest syndrome’ as her two children are young adults now.

Born in Kenya, Heather has lived in New Zealand since she was a child, and loves scuba diving, fishing, a pub quiz, and bushwalking.

Heather is looking forward to being the ‘Gold Star’ that assists you to buy or sell your property with all the professionalism that Harcourts offer.
